Q: Do you only buy houses?
A: We buy houses...AND mobile homes with land, commercial properties, raw land – you name it. Over the years we have even bought churches, car washes and apartment buildings! If it is real estate, we can give you an offer on it / would be interested in buying it.

 
Q: Do you make fair offers on properties?
A: Yes. We frequently can pay more money to property sellers – like you – when compared to other investors. 
 
Q: Do you buy properties that need repairs?
A: Yes. We buy them in good or bad condition, and make any improvements after closing.
 
Q: Would you buy a property with a renter?
A: Yes. We buy vacant properties, as well as properties that are rented by tenants.
 
Q: I inherited a house, and want to sell it, but need help figuring out what to do! Can you help me?
A: Absolutely. We are experts at dealing with with inherited properties...and we will guide you through the process. It sounds complicated - but we will make the process easy
 
Q: What do you do with my house or property after you buy it?
A: In many cases we will fix up the property, and rent it. Sometimes we will fix it up and resell it, among other things. Either way you get paid cash at closing, and we make the process quick & easy.
 
Q: How fast can you pay me for my home?
A: Once the contract is signed, usually within a week - though this timeframe may vary depending on any title issues, etc.
 
Will you charge me any fees?
A: No – we will not charge you any fees – like some home buyers do. We are upfront on our offer, and in most cases we can even pay your standard closing costs (title company fees) when buying your property.
